  • Job Title: Operations Manager

    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to support the day-to-day functioning of our model and casting agency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about streamlining systems, improving communication, and ensuring smooth internal workflows. The Operations Manager will work closely with the CEO and department leads to implement systems, oversee logistics, and manage timelines for both agency and model house operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily administrative operations including scheduling, digital file organization, and workflow management

    • Support internal communications and ensure timely execution of team tasks across departments

    • Coordinate logistics for castings, events, and model house functions (remote and in-person)

    • Track project timelines, client deliverables, and team deadlines to ensure on-time execution

    • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, interns, and models

    • Maintain internal documents such as contracts, and booking records

    • Help streamline operations between creative, agent, and marketing teams

    • Flag issues, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement and implement solutions

    Qualifications:

    • 1–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, production, or administrative support

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail

    • Tech-savvy, with familiarity in Google Workspace, Jotform, Mediaslide, Slack, and/or project management tools

    • Clear communicator with the ability to delegate and follow up effectively

    • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset

    • Experience in the fashion, casting, or creative industry is a plus but not required

    Compensation:
    This is an hourly position at $20/hour, with a part-time schedule ranging from 15–25 hours/week, depending on current project needs. There may be opportunities for increased hours or additional responsibilities based on performance and availability.

  • Job Title: Agent

    Location: Remote, preferably seeking people based in New York City, NY

    Job Type: $18/hr + 5% commission on agency profits

    Contract: 90 days

    We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Agent for our NYC division. As an agent, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities within the fashion and hair industry. Our agency specializes in promoting inclusive models, celebrating diversity in all forms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new client leads within the fashion and hair industry, focusing on brands, designers, advertising agencies, and media companies.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.

    • Negotiate contracts and rates with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

    • Collaborate with models to prepare portfolios, attend castings, and facilitate bookings.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, events, and developments to capitalize on new opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with casting processes, model portfolios, and industry terminology.

    Compensation:

    • Commission-based salary for the first 90 days, with agents earning a 10% commission on all agency profits generated from clients they bring in. Commission rates are negotiable based on experience.

    • After the initial 90-day period, agents will transition to a bimonthly pay schedule with a lower commission rate but a consistent flat rate plus negotiated commission.

    • Additional performance-based incentives and bonuses may be offered based on individual and team achievements.
